- As a Mid/ Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll contribute directly to the growth of our teams by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and the People team to ensure a great hiring experience while developing your expertise in recruiting within a fast-growing AI company
- Support and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical and business roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
- Source and engage talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn and referrals
- Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain accurate data and reporting within our ATS and recruiting tools
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities
- Collaborate with the People team to continuously improve recruiting processes and hiring practices
- Stay informed about talent market trends and share insights with the team
