As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Accounting Manager to join our team and help drive our financial operations forward.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all bookkeeping and financial operations for the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulationsSupervise and mentor an accounting assistant, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance oversightPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts on a regular basisManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processingOversee month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entriesEnsure compliance with local Spanish tax regulations as well as international financial reporting requirementsCoordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as neededDevelop and implement internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assetsMonitor cash flow, budgeting,



and financial planning activities to support business decision-makingManage payroll processing and related compliance requirementsSupport international financial operations, including multi-currency transactions and cross-border reportingCollaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendationsMaintain and organize financial records in accordance with company policy and legal requirementsAttend in-office meetings and collaborative sessions at the Valencia headquarters on an as-needed basisRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or equivalentprofessional certification preferredMinimum of 5–7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirementsExperience with international financial operations and multi-currency accountingProficiency in accounting software (e.G., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelDemonstrated experience managing or supervising accounting staffExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial reportingAbility to work independently in a remote capacity while maintaining clear and consistent communication with the teamWillingness and ability to travel to the Valencia, Spain office on an as-needed basisFluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in English is strongly preferredExperience in the technology or data solutions industry is a plusStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders#J-18808-Ljbffr
