Mystery Project is looking for a Civil Litigation & Family Lawyer for one of its clients: a boutique law firm based in Sant Cugat del Vallès, currently in a strong growth phase and with an increasingly international caseload.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with solid experience in civil litigation who is ready to take on real responsibility, manage cases with autonomy and work closely with both national and international clients.

The firm has a highly specialised practice, with a strong focus on family law, civil proceedings and cross-border matters involving expatriate families, international clients and coordination with foreign law firms.

We are looking for a mature, rigorous and client-focused professional who enjoys litigation, feels confident in court and can contribute from day one in a close, demanding and high-quality legal environment.

This is not a large corporate structure or a highly segmented legal role.

You will join a boutique legal practice where your work will have visibility, your legal judgement will matter and you will be able to manage files with a high level of autonomy.

The firm is growing steadily, particularly in matters with an international component,



and is looking for someone capable of assuming part of the litigation workload while also contributing to the continued development of the practice.

Your mission

Your main mission will be to manage civil litigation proceedings from start to finish, providing legal advice, preparing procedural documents, attending hearings and representing clients in court.

You will also support matters related to family law, especially in cases involving international elements, expatriate clients or coordination with lawyers and professionals in other jurisdictions.

What you will do

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing civil litigation cases with autonomy.
Drafting and reviewing procedural documents.
Preparing legal strategies and case assessments.
Attending hearings, trials and court appearances.
Representing clients before the courts.
Handling direct communication with clients.
Coordinating with other lawyers, experts and external professionals.
Participating in family law matters, including separation, divorce, custody, financial arrangements and related proceedings.
Supporting cases with an international or cross-border component.
Working with legal documentation and communications in English.
Coordinating with foreign law firms when required.
Ensuring high-quality legal advice, precision and confidentiality throughout the process.
