? We are looking for a Lead SAP SuccessFactors Consultant!

Join us in delivering exciting HR transformation projects for various clients and help organizations optimize their HR processes with cutting-edge technology.

What will you do?

✅ Implement and configure SuccessFactors modules

✅ Advise clients on best practices and process optimization

✅ Support integrations and resolve incidents

✅ Provide training and documentation for key users

What do you bring?

✔ Proven experience in implementing multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, including at least one Talent module

✔ A healthy dose of enthusiasm and eagerness to learn is a must

✔ Strong communication and analytical skills

✔ Fluent in Dutch or French and English

✔ You are based in BeNeLux and available to work in a hybrid model (Antwerp office)
