EasyATPL is an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) approved by AESA under EASA regulation (E-ATO 329), specialising exclusively in ATPL(A) theoretical knowledge training, delivered 100% online.

Our model rests on one non-negotiable principle: every one of our instructors is a commercial pilot currently flying the line. We don't teach theory from the classroom — we teach it from real operations. It's what sets us apart, and it's why our students come away understanding the operational reasoning behind what they study, not just how to pass an exam.

We combine our own training platform, developed specifically for EasyATPL, with revision classes by videoconference and close individual support throughout the course.

The role

We're looking for Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (TKI) to deliver ATPL(A) subjects in accordance with EASA regulation and our internal standards.

What you'd be doing

- Delivering revision classes by videoconference in your assigned subjects.
- Answering student questions and monitoring their progress.
- Contributing to the development and updating of course content, exercises and internal examinations.
- Coordinating with the rest of the teaching team and contributing to instructor standardisation and continuous improvement.

Format: fully remote,



with classes scheduled around your availability and students' progress. Arrangement: a collaboration designed to fit around line flying. We adapt the teaching load to your roster.

Remuneration: this is a paid position, with compensation commensurate with our instructors' experience and qualifications.

Essential requirements

- Currently flying the line as a commercial pilot. This is non-negotiable — it's the foundation of how we teach.
- Strong grounding in the ATPL(A) theoretical subjects.
- The ability to explain complex concepts clearly and in a structured way, connecting them to real operations.
- High-level aviation English.
- Confident use of digital teaching and videoconferencing tools.

Desirable

- Previous experience as a theoretical knowledge instructor in an EASA environment.
- TRI, TRE, SFI or flight instructor qualification.
- KSA 100 Assessor or ELP Assessor certification.
- Experience in courseware design or instructor standardisation.
