We are currently looking for a meticulous professional to fill the Dutch Speaking Fraud Investigator position in Bulgaria, supporting a major banking institution. This role is a vital component of our banking operations, ensuring the integrity of financial transactions while working in a dynamic and professional environment in Sofia.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting thorough investigations into suspicious financial activities and transactions within the banking sector.
Monitoring accounts and identifying potential fraudulent patterns to mitigate institutional risk.




Communicating effectively with Dutch-speaking clients to verify transaction details and resolve security concerns.
Maintaining precise documentation of all investigations in alignment with international banking compliance standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine fraud detection algorithms and processes.
Staying updated on emerging financial crime trends, including phishing, identity theft, and payment fraud.
Providing high-quality support to maintain the security and reputation of the banking institution.
Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Professional proficiency in English for reporting and team collaboration.
Previous experience in banking, finance, or fraud prevention is considered a distinct advantage.
