Experteer Overview

In this role you lead cross-functional clinical projects within a global CRO, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget while upholding quality standards. You act as the central coordinator among Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, and other teams, driving performance and managing risks for sponsor programs.

You will maintain client relationships and support business development, contributing to large-scale clinical development efforts. This position offers impact through shaping project delivery and maintaining a strong quality and compliance focus in a fast-paced environment.

- Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met
- Manage cross-functional teams (Clinical, Data Management, Regulatory, etc.)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability




- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers
- Report progress and escalate issues where needed
- Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses
- Mentor junior Project Managers when required

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management (ideally within clinical research / CRO environment)
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP)
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Financial and budget management experience
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
