What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a consumer-centric and commercially minded Product Manager to help shape and evolve BUFF®’s global product portfolio.
In this role, you will drive product decisions throughout the lifecycle, translating consumer insights, market trends and business needs into meaningful and innovative collections that strengthen BUFF®’s position within the outdoor and sports industry.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with regional, marketing, sales and development teams to ensure our products remain relevant, competitive and aligned with BUFF®’s purpose, values and strategic direction.
About the Role:
Manage and evolve BUFF®’s product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to strengthen the collection and support business goals.
Translate consumer insights,



market trends and regional needs into seasonal product briefs and commercially relevant product recommendations.
Analyze product, consumer and market data to support informed decision-making and optimize portfolio performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and regional teams to ensure product alignment across launches, campaigns and seasonal priorities.
Coordinate product initiatives, collabs and licenses and seasonal timelines, ensuring smooth execution across teams and key stakeholders.
Build and track seasonal collection calendars and stablish follow ups with all relevant stakeholders.
Support pricing strategy and collection positioning through benchmarking and portfolio analysis.
Contribute to the development of innovative and consumer-centric collections aligned with BUFF®’s strategic direction and brand identity.
Support sustainability initiatives by contributing to the integration and tracking of natural, renewable and recycled materials within the collection.
Ensure accurate product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and maintain reliable product information across the portfolio.
Support forecasting and planning activities to help maximize product performance and commercial impact.
Monitor area budget expenditure and contribute to demand planning and forecasting activities.

Competitive compensation: €40–50K gross base salary depending on experience and demonstrated skills + up to 10% performance-based bonus.
