Experteer Overview
In this role you design and integrate water and wastewater systems for greenfield industrial projects, spanning FEL to EPC phases. You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define robust, cost-effective water treatment solutions that meet process and environmental requirements. You will model water balances, evaluate treatment technologies, and support commissioning and start-up to ensure compliant, high-performance systems. This position supports a European project portfolio and potential collaboration with GHT and TWM, offering meaningful impact on water optimization and project delivery.

• Support process design for water and wastewater systems across FEL, FEED and EPC phases
• Determine raw water needs and characterize process effluents with process teams and clients
• Evaluate and select water treatment technologies to meet process and discharge requirements
• Develop and validate water balances, process schemes, and system configurations
• Perform process calculations and simulations to aid equipment selection and design
• Size key equipment including storage tanks, treatment units, and utility systems
• Prepare/review PFDs, Pu0026IDs, PDS and technical reports
• Assess water reuse/recycling strategies to minimize water consumption
• Ensure alignment between process design, environmental regulations and project requirements
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical,



civil, automation and external partners
• Support procurement via technical specs and vendor document reviews
• Contribute to commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting as needed
• Prepare process documentation (BFD, PFD, Pu0026ID, process notes)
• Develop water balances and treatment concepts for industrial facilities
• Evaluate treatment technologies (filtration, biological, chemical, reuse)
• Participate in client/partner/supplier technical meetings
• Assist tender preparation with technical scope and clarifications
• Contribute to design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination
• Occasional on-site support for commissioning and performance troubleshooting

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in water treatment process engineering for industrial projects
• FEED and/or EPC project experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies
• Experience in preparing PFDs, Pu0026IDs and technical reports
• Familiarity with process simulation tools and engineering calculations
• Knowledge of international standards and environmental regulations is an advantage
• Exposure to project execution, commissioning or site activities is a plus
