Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the design of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems for international projects, collaborating across disciplines and mentoring junior engineers. You’ll work from the Madrid office within a global team delivering innovative, sustainable engineering solutions for diverse sectors. The position combines technical leadership with client-facing activities and design reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape electrical design standards and contribute to complex, high-impact projects worldwide.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead design and delivery of MV/LV electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, emergency power, grounding, lightning protection)
• Prepare and review calculations, reports, specs, and construction documents
• Develop electrical designs for small to large international projects
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, technology, and specialist disciplines
• Make technical decisions and provide guidance through all project phases
• Plan and manage design activities, resources, budgets, and schedules
• Mentor and develop junior/intermediate engineers




• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and QA processes
• Attend client meetings, prepare proposals and presentations, maintain client relationships
• Support construction delivery with technical clarifications and site coordination
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Electrical Specialization), or related discipline
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in electrical design consultancy, engineering, or construction projects
• Experience designing MV/LV electrical installations for buildings and infrastructure
• Experience in sectors such as commercial, healthcare, airports, industrials, data centers, transportation, or similar complex developments
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and managing technical interfaces
