The Role As part of the Dutch-speaking customer support team, you’ll support customers with existing services and products. You’ll be responsible for handling inquiries efficiently, professionally, and with a strong focus on solution-oriented support. You will manage questions related to orders, products, deliveries, and general customer inquiries. The focus is on clear communication, problem-solving, and delivering consistent service quality.
