Provide oversight of IAG Cargo's global operations across IAG operating companies regarding regulatory requirements and IAG Cargo standards

Develop and deliver a quality assurance programme

Support the business in identifying and addressing non-compliance

Work across a worldwide network of insourced and outsourced operations

Design, implement, and manage group safety, security, and operations standards aligned with regulatory requirements

Manage group approvals and licenses, ensuring required approvals are in place and complied with

Oversee network performance through a quality assurance programme

Provide regional support and advice on aviation security, health and safety, and quality management

Develop and manage audit and inspection plans for the IAG Cargo network

Ensure compliance with EASA OPS, other regulations, operating-company policies, and IAG Cargo standards

Recommend corrective actions for shortfalls and monitor completion

Investigate safety and security incidents as required

Produce reports on findings, observations, and recommendations

Support development, implementation, and maintenance of global technical standards

Support obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals

Produce trend analysis, metrics, analytics, and reporting across operations

Requirements
