About the role

Are you a skilled craftsman passionate about traditional construction techniques? A construction company based in Palma, Mallorca, is looking for a qualified Master Plasterer (Oficial 1ª) to join their team. In this full-time role, you will work on specialized plastering and technical surface preparation on the island.

Main responsibilities

- Selecting, preparing, and mixing natural lime imported from Marrakech in a traditional, artisanal way.
- Monitoring lime maturation, managing precise proportions, and handling natural mineral pigmentation.
- Carrying out technical surface preparation to ensure optimal substrate quality.

What you need to bring

- At least 12 months (1 year) of relevant professional experience.
- Valued training or prior experience in specialized decorative wall finishes, particularly Tadelakt.
- Dedication to artisanal quality and precision in traditional plastering techniques.

What is offered

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) with full-time hours.
- Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (free weekends).
- A compensation package structured in 14 monthly payments.
