In this role you will manage strategic relationships with 5–8 third-party logistics providers to help them scale, optimize unit economics, and deliver top-tier fleet performance. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding partners through growth aligned with Glovo’s objectives in Spain. The position is high-visibility and data-driven, requiring negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and rapid execution to improve marketplace health.

You will work closely with Strategy u0026amp; Data to launch local initiatives that maximize impact.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own partner relationships as the main business partner for 3PL providers and conduct regular reviews to align growth with Glovo goals
- Analyze fleet KPIs to boost order volumes, remove bottlenecks, and enhance partner profitability
- Drive adoption of Glovo tech, features, and processes to optimize partners’ daily operations
- Manage contracts and SLAs,



lead commercial renegotiations, and ensure high-quality service levels
- Coordinate with Billing, Pricing, Legal, and Ops to resolve issues quickly and ensure a smooth partner experience
- Collaborate with the Strategy u0026 Data team to design and implement local initiatives based on marketplace insights

Responsabilidades

- 2 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Consulting (ideally in delivery, e-commerce, or logistics)
- xugodme Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to handle tough conversations
- Analytical mindset with comfort in data and KPI tracking to optimize margins and growth
- Proactive and ownership-driven with a bias for action in ambiguous environments
- Tech u0026 tool-savvy with familiarity using digital tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker)
- Native/Fluent Spanish and high working proficiency in English
