As an Associate Privacy Counsel, you will guide data protection across Delivery Hero’s integral operations from Glovo’s Barcelona office. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to embed privacy by design in products and initiatives, balancing business growth with regulatory compliance. You’ll lead privacy contracting, DPIA activities, and data mapping, while shaping AI governance and responding to authorities.

This role is a hands-on, collaborative path to sustaining responsible growth at scale.

- Provide GDPR-based legal advice to the business on data protection matters
- Offer risk-based privacy guidance for new products and operational changes
- Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; conduct third-party due diligence for onboarding
- Support data mapping and documentation of data processing activities, including DPIAs
- Develop and maintain global privacy policies, notices, and internal procedures




- Support communications to Group management board and risk committees
- Conduct privacy maturity audits and coordinate remediation efforts
- Manage investigations or mitigation plans with data protection authorities
- Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to governance frameworks

Responsabilidades

- Min. 2-3 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas
- Law degree (bachelor or comparable)
- Certified expertise in EU privacy laws (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO, etc.) is xugodme a plus
- Excellent English; Polish, Spanish or German is a plus
- Experience advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses across multiple jurisdictions is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive and ownership-minded
