Overview

As Portfolio Director at Plain Concepts, you lead strategic client accounts with a strong technical backbone, guiding delivery and business development. You manage large, cross-functional teams and steward long-term client relationships across national and international engagements. You’ll shape solutions that deliver business value while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role offers impact through steering complex programs and driving growth in a fast-paced, innovative technology consultancy.

Responsabilidades

- Define and drive technical and operational strategy for strategic client accounts to ensure quality and value
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and shape innovative solutions
- Lead and coordinate 30–60 professionals across managers and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee delivery excellence on projects involving Cloud, AI,



Big Data, and Microsoft technologies
- Own proposal definition and client-facing presentation as a key business and technical partner
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships based on trust and value
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and improvement

Requisitos principales

- 10+ years in technology environments
- At least 5 years leading large engineering, delivery, or consulting teams
- Experience in technology consulting or services company (mandatory)
- Proven track record in account farming, client growth, and business development
- Strong technical background in software engineering and web technologies with Cloud/AI/Data platform experience
- Experience managing complex programs and international clients
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
