We are currently seeking an experienced First Mate to join a 40m+ private motor yacht. The yacht is currently on standby for owner use while undertaking maintenance and cosmetic improvement projects, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys maintaining high standards, developing systems, and taking pride in the presentation of the vessel.
Candidates must hold an OOW 3000 and be confident leading the deck team. xugodme This role would also suit a strong Bosun looking to step up into their first Mate position who has experience with planned maintenance systems / Mini ISM preferred.
