As Communications u0026amp; Public Affairs Manager, EP u0026amp; Neuro, EMEA, you will help drive a regional communications strategy to support growth milestones and innovation in the EP u0026amp; Neuro areas. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into compelling campaigns and manage multi-channel communications. Your work will strengthen reputation and engage key stakeholders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how the business tells its story in a matrixed, collaborative environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Execute the EMEA communications strategy for EP u0026 Neuro aligned to growth priorities and milestones
- Act as a communications partner on key business initiatives and translate priorities into campaigns
- Deliver integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels with the team
- Own channel management (HOME, DLs, newsletters, etc.) for communications initiatives




- Collaborate with regional and functional partners (Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, global Media Relations) for alignment
- Coordinate with local external agencies and freelancers to maximise campaign impact
- Utilize data and insights to improve effectiveness and leverage integral reports for learnings
- Operate effectively in a matrixed environment and build relations with leaders and Marketing

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years in communications, xugodme corporate affairs, or public affairs
- Experience supporting commercial healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities
- Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems for content creation and distribution
- Knowledge of the EMEA region and its nuances
