As part of our development in Spain, we are looking for a Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) to join our team based in Madrid. You will be part of the credit operations department and play a key role as an interface between clients, business lines, and operating platforms.Your main missions will be- Credit management: Administer credit facilities in various forms (agency, bilateral, syndicated, confirming, factoring, and forfaiting), from onboarding through ongoing monitoring.- Documentation: Review and analyze legal and internal documentation (contracts, fee sheets, SPPI tests, etc.).- Daily operations: Support drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, transfers, and sub-participations, as well as monitor fees, funding, and commitments.- Systems: Book static data for new facilities, amendments,



and refinancings; ensure correct execution of SWIFT payments.- Coordination: Liaise with Back Office, external clients, agents, and participant banks; handle requests from internal and external departments.- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports and statistics for management and head office.- Projects: Participate in system migration and development projects related to financing and trade finance operations.- Audit: Prepare client credit positions for external audit requests.- Project management: Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives within the department.To be eligible for a VIE:- Be less than 28 years- Be graduated of Master Degree- Be EU citizen (Except Spanish)#J-18808-Ljbffr
