Content Team Lead (for tutorials) in the Content team

You’ll own how Hostinger’s tutorials get made - at speed, at quality, and at scale

From running the end-to-end production pipeline and setting the quality bar to developing a team of writers and editors, you’ll be the person who turns SEO’s planned topics into published tutorials that help millions of people succeed online

You’ll work closely with the SEO team and report to the Head of Content

Own the end-to-end tutorial production: pipeline, team, schedule, and throughput

Propose and own quarterly tutorial OKRs: plan team capacity against the production calendar and deliver against it

Track throughput, spot bottlenecks early, and resolve issues before they escape

Set and document the quality bar for all tutorials: human-written and AI-generated, and make sure your team delivers it

Manage, develop, and give regular performance feedback to a team of writers and editors

Identify skillset gaps: close them through hiring, onboarding and developing the people you already have
