About the role:
We're entering an exciting new chapter for our workplace: a brand-new Barcelona office built for ~150 people, alongside teams in Paris, London and Berlin. We're looking for a Senior Workplace & Office Manager who takes real pride in building a space that's welcoming, polished and unmistakably us, for employees, candidates and guests alike.




You'll pair sharp workplace operations with a hospitality mindset, turning scrappy startup habits into the reliable, high-quality environment of a growing international company.

What you will own:
New employee onboarding
- Own the day-one experience: office access, desk setup and welcome pack, ready before they walk in.
- Make new joiners feel welcome.
- Build a repeatable onboarding checklist that scales as the team grows.

Workplace operations & experience
- Make the Barcelona office feel welcoming, sharp and reliable, every day.
- Create a seamless experience for employees, visitors and executives alike.
- Fix root causes, not symptoms — turn recurring issues into lasting solutions.
- Quarterly trip to Paris office may be required.

Scalable operations
- Spot the gaps and design efficient and scalable processes.
- Replace reactive fixes with clear ownership and standards.
