As Senior Legal Counsel, you will partner with the business across Europe and internationally, leading complex commercial contracts, governance, and post-acquisition integration. You will provide strategic legal guidance to senior management, coordinate with global and external counsel, and support governance and Mu0026amp;A activities. The role blends independent practice with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.

You will shape contracting standards and ensure compliant, commercially sound outcomes that accelerate Nextpower’s energy transition mission.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Lead drafting, review and negotiation of domestic and cross-border supply, procurement, services, framework and other strategic B2B agreements
- Advise on risk allocation, warranties, liability, indemnities, payment security, termination, claims and variations; provide practical recommendations
- Support bids, RFPs and strategic negotiations from structuring through execution
- Localize and improve group contracting templates and processes while aligning with global standards
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on complex legal matters, risk management and commercial strategy (European and international focus)
- Own day-to-day corporate legal support for assigned entities,



governance compliance, corporate approvals, board meetings, powers of attorney, entity records, notarial filings
- Drive legal integration of acquired businesses into governance framework and decision-making processes
- Maintain corporate housekeeping with intercompany arrangements, reorganizations and entity simplification
- Provide legal input into European and international Mu0026A, restructuring and integration projects, coordinating with integral team and external counsel
- Coordinate with external employment counsel on employment-law matters and support implementation of advice
- Manage assigned European and international disputes, coordinating with stakeholders and external counsel
- Support local implementation of group compliance xugodme policies and coordinate with central compliance function
- Provide practical support on IP and patent matters as required

Responsabilidades

- Qualified lawyer with +8 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong experience in commercial contracts and corporate law
- Proven ability to lead material contract negotiations independently and advise senior stakeholders
- Practical command of entity governance, approvals and notarial coordination
- Fluent in German, English and Spanish; capable of drafting and advising in all three languages
- Experience working across jurisdictions within international or matrixed organizations
