Overview

As a CRM Customer Success Manager, you act as a strategic consultant to Veeva's most important customers, aligning initiatives with business goals and maximizing Veeva investments. You collaborate cross-functionally to educate on CRM products, drive governance and change management, and surface customer intelligence to influence the product roadmap. You apply data-driven analysis to optimize usage and demonstrate value through best practices and use cases.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success and product, enabling scale and impact across regions. You'll join a mission-driven, adaptable company shaping the life sciences software landscape.

Responsabilidades
- Engage with customers to understand objectives, milestones, and success criteria
- Align with Commercial and Medical stakeholders to strengthen CRM programs
- Educate customers on CRM products, services, and operating model




- Evaluate customer usage and identify efficiencies and gaps
- Demonstrate CRM capabilities and address known challenges
- Serve as a liaison to the product team to relay customer insights for roadmap influence
- Advise on governance and change management to optimize release consumption
- Influence change within customer organizations

Requisitos principales
- 7+ years of Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, or other CRM consulting/implementation experience
- Proven track record as a strategic, trusted advisor with influence
- Ability to interpret and present complex concepts to diverse audiences (Business and IT)
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills for product utilization and requirements
- Self-starter capable of owning ongoing customer success
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
