We're looking for a Customer Success Operations Specialist to support project administration, data quality, invoicing processes, and operational activities within a general Customer Success team.

Location: Barcelona Work Model: Hybrid Contract: 1-Year Fixed-Term Contract Salary: €26,000 gross per year Language: Fluent English required Key Responsibilities - Create, update, and close projects in internal systems.

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Support project closure and compliance activities.
- Initiate invoice requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Perform data quality checks and reporting support.
- Provide first-level support for operational tools and processes.




- Assist with user access management and system updates.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For - 1-2 years of experience in administrative, operations support, coordination, or similar roles.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or project management tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established processes.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
