SITE MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL PROJECTPara una comprensión completa de esta posibilidad y de lo que se requerirá para ser un candidato exitoso, siga leyendo.Location: Burgos, Spain / FranciaASAPAbout the positionAs part of the development of our activities in Spain,HEDON Technologiesis looking for aSite Manager EPCmto join a major construction and revamping project for an industrial facility.You will act as theOwner’s Representative on site, ensuring the proper execution of construction activities and coordinating all stakeholders throughout the project, from construction through to commissioning.Your main responsibilitiesAct as the Owner’s Representative and coordinate the different stakeholders and contractors on site.Supervise construction activities across multiple disciplines:civil works, structural steel, mechanical installation, electrical and instrumentation.Ensure compliance with HSE standards, applicable regulations, quality requirements and owner specifications.Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with the project schedule.Identify deviations, risks and potential delays,



and coordinate corrective or mitigation actions.Ensure the quality of execution throughout all phases of the project.Supervise cost control and contractor progress certifications.Coordinate and supervise contractors and teams working on site.Support thepre-commissioning and commissioningphases.Your profileMinimum 10years of experiencein a similar Site Manager / Construction Manager position.Strong experience in theChemical and/or Oil & Gas industries.Proven experience working onEPC/EPCm projects from the Owner’s perspective.Previous experience in this type of role on at leastthree similar industrial projects.MinimumB2 level of English.French would be considered an advantage ++We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong leadership and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple contractors and technical disciplines in a complex industrial environment. xkdbapo Join HEDON Technologies and take part in a major industrial project in Spain.
