Experteer Overview As a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer, you will join a greenfield fashion retail project to design, build, and evolve a new digital product from scratch. You will define architecture, implement core capabilities, and deliver an MVP that drives real business value, collaborating with Spanish-speaking stakeholders. You’ll work hands-on across Java/Spring Boot, React, and AI-assisted development to create scalable, production-ready solutions in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. - 5+ years of professional software development with a focus on Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on fullstack experience (backend, frontend, APIs, integrations)
- Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience building applications from scratch, including MVPs and greenfield projects
- Solid understanding of architecture, design, scalability, performance, maintainability
- Experience with microservices, REST APIs, modern architectures
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.G., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor)
- Ability to evaluate alternatives, create proofs-of-concept, and make pragmatic architectural decisions
- Understanding of software quality practices (testing, code reviews, security, automation)
- Experience with Agile collaboration with product owners and cross-functional teams
- Ownership mindset, autonomous work style, and ability to drive technical discussions
