In this role you will review and refine DORA cybersecurity requirements for a multinational insurance client. You will assess gaps, propose roadmaps, define milestones and KPIs, and report risks and budgets to governance bodies. You will work closely with business units to translate security into value and ensure ongoing compliance. This position offers a hybrid setup in Barcelona and a permanent contract with development support. You join a team focused on security across data, applications, infrastructure, networks and cloud.

Responsabilidades





Review and refine DORA cybersecurity requirements
Perform gap assessments and propose roadmaps
Define milestones and KPIs for security programs
Report status, risks and budgets to committees
Coordinate with business to communicate security posture and compliance

Requisitos principales

High knowledge and experience with data, application, infrastructure, network xkdbapo and cloud security
Experience with security policy processes, compliance, awareness, monitoring and risk management
Knowledge or experience in DORA regulation
Languages: Spanish and high/native English
