Overview

As a Site Manager, you will support project delivery and commissioning across the EMEA region, coordinating scheduling, tracking progress, and stakeholder reporting. You’ll work with a delivery team to pre-empt requirements and unblock dependencies, while representing the site in meetings and guiding installation and commissioning activities. You’ll plan regional resources, manage subcontractors, and ensure effective progress reporting to clients and internal teams. This role offers hands-on leadership in a global deployment context with a strong emphasis on HSE and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

- Attend site-based meetings and represent the team
- Plan regional resources and allocate installation & commissioning tasks
- Track progress and report to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate subcontractors and delivery teams
- Work with QA to raise and address issues
- Maintain schedules and document notes from meetings/reviews
- Foster a strong Health & Safety environment on site
- Identify and implement lead-time reductions and efficiency improvements




- Improve sub-contract activity management and supplier performance statistics
- Travel extensively within the EMEA region to support project deployment

Requisitos principales

- Highly organized and proactive with strong time management and communication skills
- Electrical / Mechanical engineering qualification (other construction disciplines also considered)
- Project management experience advantageous
- Fluent in Microsoft applications
- Experience in site-based management / supervisory role
- Practical problem-solving approach; dependable and committed to projects
- Versátil and adaptable to change; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Full driving license
