Overview

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you drive end-to-end recruiting across regional markets, advising hiring managers and shaping sourcing strategies. You will deepen market understanding for WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, and Africa to attract top talent while ensuring a high-quality candidate and manager experience. You’ll leverage data and ATS tools to track recruiting outcomes and continuously improve programs. This role places you at the heart of Glovo’s mission to build the world’s leading talent house and support rapid growth.

Responsabilidades

- Manage end-to-end recruiting: research, sourcing, assessment, offers, negotiation, and acceptance
- Develop deep understanding of regional talent markets (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, Africa) and tailor sourcing strategies
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and regional legal requirements
- Coach hiring managers on time-to-fill, market mapping, engagement, and conversion
- Improve existing programs and develop innovative talent strategies




- Utilize ATS reports and dashboards to illustrate recruiting pipeline and results
- Support employer branding through networking events and online meetups
- Manage candidate pipelines and align them with future opportunities

Requisitos principales

- 2+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments (scale-up or tech is a plus)
- Experience collaborating with hiring managers and leaders; influencing hiring decisions
- Experience with roles across multiple levels and international contexts
- Market research and talent insights with strong sourcing abilities
- Understanding of Glovo’s vision, business model, and operations
- Strong networking skills and ability to build recruiting partnerships
- Metrics-driven with data-backed recruiting strategies while maintaining candidate experience
