Overview
As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you ensure accurate and timely handling of customer payments across all channels, supporting cash flow and record integrity. You will work closely with Front Office, Treasury and Retail Operations to resolve discrepancies and improve AR processes. The role sits within Puig’s integral, entrepreneurial culture that values creativity and sustainability. You will drive automation and efficiency through cross-functional collaboration. This is a hands-on position with impact on DSO, aging and financial controls.

Responsabilidades
- Post and reconcile customer payments across transfers, cash, checks, and cards
- Classify payment documents by type and run weekly Direct Debits
- Execute weekly rebates and credit notes to customers
- Perform netting between subsidiaries or AP/AR and with factoring
- Investigate payment/account discrepancies and collaborate with other departments
- Provide account status reports including aging and DSO
- Special invoicing and credit notes on demand
- Prepare export documentation and outlets reconciliation
- Bank statement reconciliation and blocked invoice release
- Develop macros to automate manual tasks
- Participate in cross-functional projects and stay updated on AR policies
Requisitos principales
- At least 1 year in a similar position
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- English and Spanish (Fluent)
- OTC processes
- Excel intermediate to advanced proficiency
- Macros (Not mandatory)
