Overview

In this role you drive HEVA evidence generation and strategic content to support payer decisions across global markets. You will partner with General HEVA BPs to design and execute research, modeling, and dossiers that underpin product value. You’ll lead complex evidence programs from pre-launch to post-launch and coach regional teams to sustain high-quality outputs. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven opportunity to shape reimbursement and access for medicines.

Responsabilidades

- Manage projects within the HEVA portfolio aligned to product strategy and value proposition
- Collaborate with Global HEVA BPs to design research plans, economic models and evidence generation activities
- Develop and oversee innovative, evidence-based research programs for decision making and communication
- Create and review core HEVA content and dossiers (CVD/AMCP)
- Coach HEVA associates and cross-functional hub teams
- Maintain relationships with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, and external partners
- Track budgets, SOWs,



contracts and vendor deliverables; ensure timely execution
- Lead planning for pre-launch, launch and post-launch evidence; translate evidence into payer-focused messages
- Build TA expertise and standardize HEVA processes, templates, and governance across regions
- Support contracting and project management activities with contracts managers
- Ensure adherence to HEVA guidelines and quality standards across projects

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years in HEOR/pharmaceuticals or CRO
- Strong project management and analytical skills; ability to translate clinical/economic data into payer evidence strategies
- Training/experience in health economics, public health, epidemiology or related field
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a global, matrix environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across therapeutic areas
- Customer focus, cross-functional collaboration, and multicultural awareness
- Ability to present complex information clearly to internal and external audiences
