Overview

As the central technical authority for the organization’s AI capabilities, you will design, scale, and govern enterprise AI platforms while aligning with global IT. You’ll lead a global team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers, shaping a high-performing AI community and driving the digital transformation of sensory product development and distribution. Your work spans end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, platform governance, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver secure, scalable AI solutions. This role combines technical execution with strategic leadership in a world-scale, family-owned business that values stability and people-first culture.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and mentor a global team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers
- Oversee the enterprise AI platform roadmap, security, scalability, and ethics




- Design reusable architectures and end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for deployment and monitoring
- Coordinate technical resources across integral projects with Digital Transformation, Security, and Architecture teams
- Monitor AI trends and upgrade the tech stack to address sensory and business challenges

Requisitos principales

- 8+ years in IT/Engineering with hands-on leadership in AI, ML, or data platforms
- Strong end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle expertise, especially MLOps/LLMOps in Azure Databricks
- Experience managing and mentoring engineering teams in matrix organizations
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and fluent in English
- Degree in Computer Science, AI, or a relevant quantitative field
