Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the technical advocate for Adobe’s Premier customers, building strong relationships and guiding them through complex enterprise environments. You will deliver proactive technical services, mentor customers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, issue-free project delivery. This role blends development, consulting, and support to maximize value from Experience Cloud solutions. You’ll visit client sites and influence change with deep product knowledge and collaborative leadership.

Responsabilidades

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and maintain high customer happiness
- Deliver proactive and preventative services
- Provide advance notifications on releases and their potential impact
- Lead customers through complex environment changes via onsite support and rollouts
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions
- Coordinate and drive customer technical issues with support, engineering, and consulting
- Resolve technical blocking issues
- Lead customer status calls and reporting
- Conduct regular service reviews

Requisitos principales





- Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
- Multi-year experience in complex enterprise IT environments in consulting, support, account management, or development
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional EU language a plus
- Strong presentation skills and experience running high-profile customer calls
- Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and executives
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex enterprise software/infrastructure issues (Java, web-server, network, OS, DB/SQL)
- Must-have: customer-facing experience in enterprise projects with development methodologies and technologies such as JavaScript, Java, JSP; HTML/HTML5/CSS; REST, XML; J2EE; database technologies; LDAP; OSGI
- Nice-to-have: Apache Sling, JCR, CRM, Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign, Analytics or other Experience Cloud platforms
