Overview

In this role you drive the MarTech ecosystem for Amazon Freight’s marketing programs across Europe, shaping lifecyle campaigns and content strategy to scale B2B customer engagement. You will lead a small team, partner with Tech and sales, and own the roadmap for website, email, and outbound communications. You’ll balance strategy with hands-on execution to improve funnel metrics and attribution. This is a high-impact chance to help Amazon Freight become a trusted freight partner at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Own the marketing technology ecosystem as technical owner, coordinating with Tech and third-party providers
- Supervise a 3-person team (email outbound, content, website updates) and define their goals
- Oversee website upgrades and content management system enhancements
- Create a roadmap for lifecycle marketing programs to accelerate funnel progression from lead to onboarding to reactivation
- Manage lead capture, ABM, and lead conversion tools (Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense)
- Develop and influence the MarTech product roadmap and strategy
- Build capabilities to enable full-funnel marketing attribution




- Maintain dashboards for marketing and candidate quality; drive lead generation via ML tooling
- Measure user journeys and website features using A/B testing and web analytics
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to troubleshoot lead management integrations with marketing automation platforms
- Ensure best practices in marketing automation and lead training for multi-stage programs and trigger-based campaigns

Requisitos principales

- Marketing experience in a non-internship role
- Data-driven approach to marketing improvements
- Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation and visualization
- Experience building and scaling cross-functional programs or campaigns
- Go-to-market experience for consumer software or hardware products
- Experience with customer segmentation and targeting
- Experience with email, web analytics, and CRM tools for demand generation (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
