Overview

In this role you will support the rollout and ongoing use of CRM, ComLIMS and LIMS across Eurofins’ Consumer Product Testing labs and business units to enable scalable growth. You will work closely with the CRM, ComLIMS and LIMS ecosystem to align tools with business needs, manage data quality, and support cross-lab enablement. The position offers exposure to marketing, sales, production and business development projects in a rapidly expanding division. You will contribute to data-driven processes and tool customization that improve service offers and cross-selling opportunities. This role combines scientific background with business acumen in a dynamic, multinational setting.

Responsabilidades

- Support implementation of CRM, ComLIMS and LIMS in labs or units not using them
- Manage CRM and ComLIMS databases across the Division
- Contribute to tasks and projects related to marketing, sales, production and business development
- Customize/configure CRM to business requirements (concepts, fields, rules, templates, language settings)
- Promote and reinforce tool usage across the Division
- Provide user access and rights support for CRM




- Support CRM training materials and user assistance
- Assist data quality and integrity (ownership rules, duplicates avoidance)
- Maintain pricing in the ERP with production teams
- Ensure complete service offer is in the ERP
- Assist customization of extractable data from ComLIMS for sales catalogs
- Maintain links between ComLIMS, CRM and LIMS, DMS and minor tools
- Support tool maintenance and troubleshooting

Requisitos principales

- Degree in Biochemistry or other scientific background with strong business experience
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Fluent English; Mandarin appreciated
- Ability to travel internationally
