Overview

As Finance Process Excellence Manager at Glovo, you will design, standardize and optimize core finance processes across O2C, I2P, R2R and Master Data. You will lead a small, high-performing team and drive efficiency, laying the groundwork for automation and digital transformation. The role sits at the heart of Finance Transformation, shaping how rules are executed across a fast‑growing general platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to raise process quality and enable scalable, data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

- Establish finance process standards, governance, and best practices across O2C, I2P, R2R and MDM
- Identify bottlenecks, design improvement roadmaps aligned with the Finance Transformation strategy
- Lead and develop a 5–7 person team, fostering ownership, innovation, and operational excellence




- Oversee master data management strategy (customers, vendors, chart of accounts, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement with KPI measurement (touchless ratio, cost, quality, headcount impact)
- Prepare processes for automation by identifying RPA/AI opportunities and documenting processes for automation

Requisitos principales

- 5–7 years in finance process management, operational improvement, or business transformation
- Proven team leadership with 3+ direct reports and talent development experience
- Hands-on redesign/optimization experience in P2P, R2R, O2C or similar processes
- ERP experience (SAP, Microsoft), process intelligence (Celonis), process automation tools, data governance
- Strategic and analytical mindset; ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change
- Experience with lean/six sigma or continuous improvement frameworks
