Overview

As COO, you will scale and optimise Satispay’s operational foundations to support fast European growth. You’ll drive cross-functional excellence, standardise scalable processes, and build resilient systems to handle rapid user growth. You’ll lead and mentor teams, ensure data-driven decision making, and align operations with product, tech, risk/compliance, and business development. This role offers the chance to shape how we scale KPI-driven operations across multiple markets with a strong ownership culture.

Responsabilidades

- Direct daily operations to align with long-term goals across teams
- Identify bottlenecks, standardise workflows, and implement scalable processes
- Align operations with Product, Tech, Business Development, and Compliance for end-to-end execution




- Define and track operational KPIs with robust reporting for data-driven decisions
- Build scalable operational systems and infrastructure for rapid growth and expansion
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams with transparent communication and integrity

Requisitos principales

- Proven executive experience (COO, VP Ops, or similar) in fast-growing scale-up, tech, or fintech
- Demonstrated success in designing, scaling, and managing complex operational processes
- Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to translate challenges into actionable frameworks
- Proven track record of building and empowering high-performing operational teams
- Hands-on execution focus in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
- Travel flexibility up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan
