Overview In this role you will lead and implement SAP e-invoicing solutions for Portugal within a general construction client. You will work across finance, tax and integration teams to translate compliance requirements into practical SAP designs for SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. You'll configure and support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance or the eDocument Framework, integrating with external providers.

This position blends business and technical collaboration to deliver end-to-end, legally compliant invoicing processes at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Lead functional design and implementation of SAP e-invoicing processes for Portugal
- Configure and support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance and/or SAP eDocument Framework
- Map FI-AR, FI-AP, SD Billing and MM invoicing into electronic documents
- Configure Portuguese tax/invoice/credit/debit memo requirements
- Support certified invoicing software, digital signatures, document numbering, QR codes, ATCUD and SAF-T reporting
- Define mapping rules for company codes, tax codes, business partners, materials, payment terms and invoice data
- Configure validation, enrichment and business rules using BRF+ or related SAP functionality
- Support integration between SAP Finance, SD, MM, tax engines, middleware and external e-invoicing providers
- Gather requirements from Finance, Tax, AR, AP and business stakeholders
- Produce functional specifications,



process and configuration documentation
- Coordinate unit, integration, UAT and regression testing
- Support certification and connectivity testing with Portuguese platforms/providers
- Investigate and resolve issues related to invoice creation, mapping, XML generation, validation and transmission
- Support cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities
- Provide knowledge transfer and ongoing third-line support to internal teams

Requisitos principales
- Proven experience as SAP FI, SAP Finance or SAP e-Invoicing Consultant
- Hands-on experience delivering e-invoicing or digital tax reporting solutions
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI-AR and/or FI-AP processes
- Experience integrating SAP billing with Finance, especially FI and SD
- Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance or SAP eDocument Framework
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Understanding of tax procedures, invoice validation and compliant document flows
- Experience with functional mapping, interface testing and issue resolution
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, integration teams and external providers
- Professional fluency in English
