In this role you will lead the design of medium- and low-voltage electrical systems for international projects, collaborating across disciplines and mentoring junior engineers. You’ll work from the Madrid office within a global team delivering innovative, sustainable engineering solutions for diverse sectors. The position combines technical leadership with client-facing activities and design reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead design and delivery of MV/LV electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, emergency power, grounding, lightning protection)
- Prepare and review calculations, reports, specs, and construction documents
- Develop electrical designs for small to large international projects
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, technology, and specialist disciplines
- Make technical decisions and provide guidance through all project phases
- Plan and manage design activities, resources, budgets, and schedules




- Mentor and develop junior/intermediate engineers
- Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and QA processes
- Attend client meetings, prepare proposals and presentations, maintain client relationships
- Support construction delivery with technical clarifications and site coordination
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards and best practices

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Electrical Specialization), or related discipline
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in electrical design xugodme consultancy, engineering, or construction projects
- Experience designing MV/LV electrical installations for buildings and infrastructure
- Experience in sectors such as commercial, healthcare, airports, industrials, data centers, transportation, or similar complex developments
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and managing technical interfaces
