As Senior Growth Data Analyst, you own end-to-end analytics for growth, guiding multi-channel investment and revenue impact. You bridge marketing tech, data engineering, and growth analytics to build scalable data models and MMM frameworks. You’ll deliver actionable insights, mentor peers, and raise data quality across Growth. The role blends advanced modeling with AI-enabled automation to accelerate decision-making. Responsabilidades

Design, calibrate, and maintain Marketing Mix Models (MMM) to inform long-term media spend
Architect scalable data models integrating multi-channel marketing, web, and product telemetry




Conduct deep-dive analytics across acquisition channels to surface growth opportunities
Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and accelerate insight generation
Design measurement frameworks for lifecycle events, activation, retention, and LTV
Create measurement for AI search and GEO channels where traditional attribution is limited
Translate quantitative findings into visual narratives for executives and stakeholders
Own the full measurement stack including MMM, incrementality, geo-lift testing, and privacy-first tracking
Partner with Marketing, Product, xqziphu and Finance to align analytics with CAC and LTV
Establish data governance, standards, and visualization guidelines

Requisitos principales

Hands-on experience with MMM or incrementality testing
Strong marketing analytics knowledge (CAC, LTV, ROAS, multi-touch attribution)
Ability to write production-grade code and build robust data models
