You'll own analysis end-to-end, from ideation to communicating results to leadership, and drive data-driven decisions across the product lifecycle. Responsabilidades Collaborate with stakeholders to generate feature ideas and estimate impact of initiatives
Engage with product squads to understand problems, gather requirements, and define deliverables
Own the analytics lifecycle from ideation to communicating results and making prioritization recommendations




Develop and evaluate A/B tests or other analyses to assess feature performance
Work with developers and data engineers to ensure data quality aligned with business logic
Contribute throughout the product lifecycle to ensure a data-driven process
Provide insights via dashboards and storytelling to influence decisions
Champion data-backed ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requisitos principales Curious mindset focused on uncovering root causes and actionable results
3+ years as a Data Analyst in a data-driven tech environment with stakeholder exposure
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong SQL and database knowledge, plus Python or R for analyses and ETL maintenance
Experience analyzing and interpreting A/B test results with statistical backing
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlikview) and event tracking (Mixpanel, GA, Firebase)
