In this role you will be at the forefront of turning complex admin processes into working AI-driven automation. You’ll travel to client sites, understand real work as it happens, and deliver a working MVP within 1–2 weeks, then handover to a Product Owner. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, AI-native environment that builds production-grade solutions and scales them across multiple countries. Expect high visibility projects that combine business insight with rapid, hands-on engineering to prove value.

Responsabilidades

conduct on-site discovery to map vigente work and pain points
assess existing assets and configure or reuse components where possible
draft functional architectures focused on business processes
build MVPs using agentic, AI-powered workflows with rapid prototyping




conduct iterative user testing with stakeholders and capture feedback
determine project viability with quantified benefits and go/no-go decisions
own onboarding and handover to Product Owner and engineers for each project
maintain a sharp focus on delivering concrete outcomes, not just demos
write clear handover documents and maintainables for future teams
pursue repeatable MVP cycles in multiple countries

Requisitos principales

strong interest in how businesses actually operate
ability to architect a project from need to MVP
experience with xqziphu front-end and back-end web applications
readiness to work across multiple countries and cultures
proficiency in English; Spanish useful
ability to read existing code bases and identify reusable parts
comfort with AI agents and the concept of an agentic build
excellent written communication for architectural docs and handovers
