Overview

As an On-Demand Finance Analyst at Glovo, you own B2B debt and direct debit operations to enable fast, data-driven cash flow. You will streamline debt recovery, optimize direct debit across markets, and automate FinOps processes in collaboration with Commercial, Legal, and Tech teams. Your work directly impacts billing accuracy and growth enablement, balancing financial integrity with scalable solutions.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that combines analysis, process improvement, and operational execution to support Glovo's rapid expansion.

Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end B2B debt management, including debt analyses and action plans with Commercial and Legal teams to minimize bad debt
- Lead Direct Debit collection strategy across markets, analyze payment rejections, and drive fixes to reduce failure rates
- Develop FinOps automation and tooling, create financial models/trackers, document SOPs, and define product/tech requirements to automate workflows
- Serve as the escalation contact for complex partner billing issues,



translating problems into resolutions with Account Managers and external partners
- Monitor and resolve financial data discrepancies, collaborate with Financial Systems, GBS, and Data teams to fix root causes of billing bugs

Requisitos principales
- 1–3+ years in Financial Operations, O2C, Strategic Finance, Accounting, or Data/Business Analysis in a fast-paced environment
- Foundational O2C knowledge including invoicing, debt aging, Direct Debit mechanisms, and payment reconciliations
- Structured problem-solving to identify and fix root causes of operational bottlenecks or data discrepancies
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivots, data cleaning) for large financial datasets and custom trackers
- Clear English communication (written and spoken) to manage sensitive financial discussions with stakeholders
- Structured analytical mindset

- SQL (working knowledge or willingness to learn)
