Freenow is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to drive data-driven lifecycle marketing across its integral user base. You will own end-to-end CRM automation, define lifecycle strategies and maintain alignment with Marketing, Product and regional teams.
Your role includes coaching junior staff and leading cross-functional projects to optimize the customer journey. Excellent communication in English is required, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
