Hairdresser / Housekeeping Stewardess – 117m Private Yacht

We are looking for an energetic, professional and detail-oriented Hairdresser / Housekeeping Stewardess to join one of the most respected and well-established private yacht programs in the industry.

This is an incredible opportunity to become part of a warm, highly cohesive interior team onboard a stunning 117m private yacht , cruising throughout Europe, the Bahamas and the Caribbean over the next two years. The program is known throughout the industry for its exceptional standards, strong leadership, respectful owners and fantastic crew culture.

The Role

This is a dual-role position combining professional hairdressing services for the owners and female guests with high-level housekeeping and interior duties.

When the owners are onboard, your primary focus will be providing daily professional blow-dries and hair styling for female guests , while also supporting the interior team in maintaining the vessel to an exceptional standard.

Typical responsibilities include

Daily blow-dries and professional hair styling for female owners and guests

Maintaining a polished and professional hairdressing service throughout owner trips

Preparing and maintaining the hairdressing area and equipment

Ensuring all hairdressing products and tools are clean, organized and well maintained

High-level housekeeping and daily upkeep of guest areas

Making beds, turndowns and guest cabins to an exceptional standard

Cleaning and maintaining bathrooms, living areas and guest spaces

Supporting other interior duties as required during busy periods

When the owners are not onboard, the role will focus more heavily on general housekeeping, deep cleaning and maintaining the interior of the vessel to the highest possible standards ,



while also preparing the interior for upcoming owner trips.

We are searching for someone who brings:

Professional hairdressing experience, with strong blow-drying and styling skills

Excellent attention to detail and pride in presentation

High housekeeping standards

Great energy and a positive attitude A calm, non-dramatic personality

Strong work ethic and team spirit A genuine passion for creating beautiful, polished environments A kind heart and respectful approach toward others

Good spoken English

Previous superyacht or high-end hospitality experience is preferred The idóneo candidate will be someone who is equally comfortable providing a professional hair service to guests and getting stuck into hands-on housekeeping duties .
