In this role you will provide hands-on, Tier 2 HR support across Iberia (Spain and Portugal), strengthening local HR processes and the employee experience. You will work with the People Partner Iberia and cross-functional teams to implement policies, manage lifecycle HR activities, and drive local initiatives. You will address workforce administration, onboarding, performance and compensation processes, and compliance, contributing to a more integrated Iberia People model.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Implement and continuously improve HR policies and processes across Spain and Portugal to align with company standards and local law
- Provide Tier 2 guidance on HR processes and lifecycle matters, escalating complex issues to specialists
- Manage workforce administration: data accuracy, changes, documentation, and coordination with HR Shared Services Center
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including induction, system setup, and benefits registration
- Support Talent Acquisition activities:
review job descriptions and requisitions; participate in early careers processes
- Administer local benefits, payroll-related processes, and compensation activities; coordinate payroll and vendor invoices
- Support performance management and talent processes: goal setting, year-end reviews, and development plans
- Handle employee relations matters: attendance, investigations, leaves, and documentation
- Coordinate employment changes, severance, settlements, and exits with People Partners and Legal teams
- Track mandatory learning, compliance, and training documentation
- Contribute to Iberia HR projects: talent management, xugodme employee experience, DEI, pay transparency, and pay model implementation
Responsabilidades
- Good knowledge of Iberian best practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; Workday knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus
- 3–5 years of experience with similar HR tasks
- Payroll knowledge valued
