As the HR Generalist for the Madrid area, you will deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with Spanish labour law. You will partner with local and regional leaders to support HR initiatives, onboarding, development, performance, engagement, and payroll for the EMEA region. The role supports HR operations and serves as a back-up to the HR Operations Specialist and other EMEA HR Generalists.

You’ll help build a positive, accountable culture and maintain key communication channels for employees.

- Partner with the EMEA HR team and Reward/HRIS teams to deliver end-to-end HR services and coordinate with the payroll provider.
- Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR professionals, and employees.
- Support local, regional, and global HR initiatives to improve HR processes and services.
- Leverage processes and technologies to enhance service delivery and promote tool adoption for efficiency.




- Foster a positive work environment and focus on attracting and retaining talent.
- Communicate the importance of listening to employees and driving improvements, ensuring accountability and measurement.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong problem-solving and issue anticipation with solution implementation
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with business and HR leaders
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with employees and management
- Thorough knowledge of Spanish employment-related laws and regulations
- Strong analytical abilities to assess needs and translate feedback into actions
- Organizational multitasking and follow-up skills
- Understanding of evolving HR landscape and change management
- Proactive, autonomous, confidentiality, and teamwork oriented
- Fluent Spanish; excellent English skills
