In this role you will be on the front line of our SOC‑as‑a‑Service, receiving and triaging alerts from our SIEM. You work across multiple customers and time zones, using several consoles and technologies to identify threats. You bring strong network and security knowledge, solve problems under time pressure, and report security threats swiftly.

This position sits at the core of Proficio’s mission to modernize security operations and leverage AI‑assisted approaches. You will help shape the SOC of the future by combining human insight with advanced tooling to reduce risk for our clients.

Responsabilidades

- For Level I: 6 months+ experience and mastery of core threat monitoring
- For Level II: 2–4+ years of experience with mastery of threat monitoring and threat analysis
- Strong network and security knowledge
- Ability to work under time pressure and across multiple clients/time zones
