In this role, you will own the customer experience across Preply’s geographic and subject expansion, shaping scalable policies and end-to-end journeys. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure launches meet customer needs and drive measurable improvements. Responsabilidades

- Own and improve experience metrics for learners and tutors, including CSAT and contact rates; diagnose trends and drive solutions.
- Define and maintain policies and end-to-end journeys for new geographies and subjects; ensure scalable processes from day one.




- Lead cross-functional expansion programs end-to-end (scoping, alignment, execution, impact tracking) and coordinate launches with Product, Growth, Supply Operations, Localization. xqziphu
- Build feedback loops from expansion markets to global teams to convert local learnings into company-wide improvements.

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years in strategy & operations, consulting, marketplaces, or high-growth tech roles
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives or geographic expansion end-to-end
- Analytical and data-savvy with ability to translate insights into recommendations
- Excellent program and project management skills
- Experience writing or owning customer-facing policies or operational processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
