WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As an Account Strategist Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the
retention and growth of an existing portfolio of clients across the Iberia
region, while helping to build strong strategic partnerships across Criteo’s
Retail Media solutions.

You'll gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign optimization,
client services, and business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

* Provide support to a portfolio of advertisers across the regions

* Monitor, optimise, and report on campaign performance to ensure client
objectives are met

* Identify performance trends and recommend improvements to enhance campaign
results

* Troubleshoot campaign issues by working closely with Business Intelligence
and Technical Solutions teams

* Help ensure seamless campaign execution by resolving bugs and technical
challenges

* Support Account Strategists in identifying growth opportunities within the
existing client portfolio

* Contribute to upselling and cross-selling initiatives across Criteo’s product
suite





* Perform administrative tasks such as creating IOs (Insertion Orders) and
internal tickets

* Assist in improving internal processes, workflows, and tools, including
automation initiatives

* Collect campaign data to build case studies and provide actionable insights
showcasing performance and success stories

WHO YOU ARE:

* Fluency in English and Spanish

* Hands-on experience from a previous internship in sales, account management,
or client services (ideally in tech or digital marketing)

* Analytical skills and high attention to detail

* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise in fast-paced
environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders

* Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
